1. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

2. How do I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us immediately at support@mycolostrumworld.com. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
3. I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us with your name and order details and we’ll assist you.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL Express and FedEx. You’ll see available options during checkout.
5. How long does shipping take?

6. How much is the shipping cost?

7. Will I get a tracking number?

Returns & Refunds
8. Can I return a product?
We only accept returns if the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective, and the item is unopened. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.
9. What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your tracking shows no updates after several days, please contact us. We’ll work with the courier and offer a replacement or refund depending on the investigation outcome.
10. Can I get a refund for customs rejection or refusal to pay duties?
No. We are not responsible for orders rejected by customs or unpaid import taxes. Please ensure you’re aware of your country’s import regulations before ordering.
